Walt Disney’s masterpiece Fantasia is a universe of animated treasures, including the celebrated segment that beautifully animates “The Pastoral Symphony.” Soaring serenely over the Olympian landscape is a majestic mother Pegasus who, once settled, tends to her multicolored babies in an elegant nest. At the other end of the spectrum staggers the god of revelry Bacchus, riding atop his equally equilibrium-challenged mule Jacchus.
Entitled “Mythic Menagerie is also a numbered limited edition of only 500 pieces! The entire Fantasia limited pieces have been a sell out and this one is sure to be the same. The piece was sculpted by Kent Melton and releases in spring 2010. It stands 10” in height, has a 70th anniversary backstamp.
