Pinocchio Story Synopsis:
Lonely woodcarver Geppetto longs for a child, and his wish is granted-partly-when the Blue Fairy brings a wooden marionette named Pinocchio to life. In order to become a real boy, Pinocchio must prove himself worthy and sets out into the world, accompanied by his "conscience," Jiminy Cricket. Pinocchio is led astray by a wicked fox J. Worthington Foulfellow, first to "a life in the theatre"-Stromboli's puppet show, then to Pleasure Island, where boys behave like jackasses. Pinocchio finally redeems himself by saving Geppetto from Monstro, the whale.
This beautifully detailed fine animation art sculpture of Geppetto's beloved cat, Figaro, was created by Guiseppe Armani. With uncanny realism and attention to detail. Guiseppe Armani has the unique ability to make Figaro come to life in your own home. Individually hand crafted and hand painted, Figaro stands 7 1/2"" in height and comes boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
